Although we have been raising animals for the last two decades, Cowpolly, LLC was started in 2017 with the idea of raising natural meats on our 50 acre slice of heaven in western Fauquier County.   A true family operation, where every member is actively involved in all aspects, we pride ourselves in the care and attention we give our animals, and offer quality products for sale.

We specialize in naturally raised heritage meats, specifically, registered Belted Galloway cattle and Beltie/Angus crosses, along with Berkshire/Hampshire pigs.  The animals are happy and raised the way they are supposed to be - grazing on fresh pasture and eating what nature intended.

We offer beef and pork throughout the year, selling whole and half sides, as well as a la carte items.  Lamb and chicken is available at select times, as well as turkeys for the holidays. Fresh eggs are always available on a regular basis.
